Who We Are

WHO WE ARE

We are CHRIST’S AMBASSADORS. A Parachurch Organisation (Ecumenical, Evangelistic, and Outreach Ministry) commissioned by God to execute His divine kingdom agenda.

“So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ”. 2 Corinthians 5:20-21 (NLT)

OUR VISION

Our vision is to see many persuaded and reconciled to God through the preaching and proclamation of the Good News about the Kingdom of God (i.e. the Gospel of salvation through the sacrificial death of Jesus on the Cross).
2 Corinthians 5:11-19 (NLT)

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church, the body of Christ. Ephesians 4:12; Romans 10:14 (NLT)

OUR MOTTO

Our motto is “Come back to God!” 2 Corinthians 5:20 (NLT)

WHAT WE DO

Outreach and Evangelism

“So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ. That’s why [we] work and struggle so hard, depending on Christ’s mighty power that works within [us]”.
Colossians 1:28-29 (NLT)

WHY WE DO IT

Divine Calling, Mandate, Commission, & Love

“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.
Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:4-5 (NLT)

“Then [we] heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” [We] said, “Here [we are]. Send [us].”
Isaiah 6:8 (NLT)

“And then he told [us], “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone”. Mark 16:15 (NLT)

“[We] want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, that [we] planned many times to visit you… [We] want to work among you and see spiritual fruit, just as [we] have seen among other Gentiles. For [we] have a great sense of obligation to people in both the civilised world and the rest of the world, to the educated and uneducated alike. So [we are] eager to come to you… too, to preach the Good News. For [we are] not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile”. Romans 1:13-16 (NLT)

For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And He gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. 2 Corinthian 5:19 (NLT)

…There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world at just the right time.  And [we] have been chosen as a preacher and apostle to teach the [world] this message about faith and truth. [We’re] not exaggerating—just telling the truth. 1 Timothy 2:5-7 (NLT)

HOW WE DO IT

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20 (NLT)

“…my dear [friends], be strong through the grace that God gives you in Christ Jesus. You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others”. 2 Timothy 2:1-2 (NLT)

OUR AMBITION

Our ambition is to saturate the world with the “Good News” of our Lord Jesus Christ and get many souls saved.

“For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus. And now He has made all this plain to us by the appearing of Christ Jesus, our Saviour. He broke the power of death and illuminated the way to life and immortality through the Good News. And God chose [us] to be a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher of this Good News. 2 Timothy 1:9-11 (NLT)

OUR TEAM/HOW WE WORK

By the grace of God, CHRIST’S AMBASSADORS Evangelistic Ministries International is being run and managed by the leadership of the Holy Spirit through dedicated full time and part time volunteers (without pay).

Yet preaching the Good News is not something [we] can boast about. [We are] compelled by God to do it. How terrible for [us] if [we] didn’t preach the Good News!

If [we] were doing this on [our] own initiative, [we] would deserve payment. But [we] have no choice, for God has given [us] this sacred trust.

What then is [our] pay? It is the opportunity to preach the Good News without charging anyone. That’s why [we] never demand [our] rights when [we] preach the Good News.

Even though [we are] free [men/women] with no master, [we] have become slaves to all people to bring many to Christ. 1 Corinthians 9:16-19 (NLT)

THE HEARTBEAT OF GOD

This is what God is waiting for – “Ecumenical Revival!”

[We] appeal to you, dear brothers and sisters, by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, to live in harmony with each other. Let there be no divisions in the church. Rather, be of one mind, united in thought and purpose. For some members […] have told [us] about your quarrels, my dear brothers and sisters. Some of you are saying, “I am a follower of Paul.” Others are saying, “I follow Apollos,” or “I follow Peter,” or “I follow only Christ.” Has Christ been divided into factions? Was […] Paul, crucified for you? Were any of you baptized in the name of Paul? Of course not! 1 Corinthians 1:10-13 (NLT)

After all, who is Apollos? Who is Paul? [They] are only God’s servants through whom you believed the Good News. Each of [them] did the work the Lord gave [them]. [They] planted the seed in your hearts, and [others] watered it, but it was God who made it grow. It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow. The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work.
1 Corinthians 3:5-8 (NLT)

Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future.
Ephesians 4:3-4 (NLT)

How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony! Psalm 133:1 (NLT)

Even though [we are] free [men/women] with no master, [we] have become a slave to all people to bring many to Christ. When [we were] with the Jews, [we] lived like [Jews] to bring the Jews to Christ. When [we were] with those who follow the Jewish law, [we] too lived under that law. Even though [we are] not subject to the law, [we] did this so [we] could bring to Christ those who are under the law. When [we are] with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law, [we] too live apart from that law so [we] can bring them to Christ. But [we] do not ignore the law of God; [we] obey the law of Christ.

When [we are] with those who are weak, [we] share their weakness, for [we] want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, [we] try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything [we] can to save some. [We] do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.

Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So [we] run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So [we] run with purpose in every step. [We are] not just shadowboxing. [We] discipline [our] body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, [we] fear that after preaching to others [we ourselves] might be disqualified. 1 Corinthians 9:19-27 (NLT)

Therefore [we], prisoner[s] for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future.

There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all.

However, he has given each one of us a special gift through the generosity of Christ. That is why the Scriptures say,
“When he ascended to the heights,
he led a crowd of captives
and gave gifts to his people.”

Notice that it says “he ascended.” This clearly means that Christ also descended to our lowly world. And the same one who descended is the one who ascended higher than all the heavens, so that he might fill the entire universe with himself.

Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.

Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. Ephesians 4:1-16 (NLT)

Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony. And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful. Colossians 3:14-15 (NLT)

And this is the message [we must] proclaim—that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone’s secret life. Romans 2:16 (NLT)
