Pray for Us
Dear brothers and sisters, [we] urge you in the name of our Lord Jeus Christ to join in [our] struggle by praying to God for [us]. Do this because of your love for [us], given to you by the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:30(NLT)
We think you ought to know, dear brothers and Sisters, about the trouble[s] we [go] through […].
We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it.
In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead.
And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again.
We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us.
And you are helping us by praying for us.
Then many people will give thanks because God has graciously answered so many prayers for our safety. 2 Corinthians 1:8-11(NLT)
He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few.
So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” Matthew 9:37-38(NLT)
Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.
Pray for us, too, that God will give us many opportunities to speak about his mysterious plan concerning Christ. That is why [we are] here in chains.
Pray that [we] will proclaim this message as clearly as [we] should.
Colossians 4:2-4(NLT)
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion.
Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.
And pray for [us], too.
Ask God to give [us] the right words so [we] can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike.
[We are] in chains now, still preaching this message as [CHRIST’S AMBASSADORS].
So pray that [we] will keep on speaking boldly for him, as [we] should.
Ephesians 6:18-20(NLT)
Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we ask you to pray for us.
Pray that the Lord’s message will spread rapidly and be honored wherever it goes, just as when it came to you.
Pray, too, that we will be rescued from wicked and evil people, for not everyone is a believer. 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2(NLT)
For [we] know that as you pray for [us] and the Spirit of Jesus Christ helps [us], this will lead to [our] deliverance. Philippians 1:19(NLT)
Thanks and God bless!
